Include any external software providers, service technicians, or specialized consultants.

List Access & Credentials

Include: Administrative credentials for servers, applications, and network devices. API keys or integration details, if applicable. Cloud or SaaS platform access.
Confirm Validity and Access Tested

Hardware & Logistics

Consider unique requirements for the deployment and ensure spares of critical cables, adaptors, or other components are available.
Confirm all hardware is available.
Confirm all stakeholders are aligned with the project schedule
